History
The Luxidine Company has spent millions of dollars building the new facility in Grey County, so it makes sense that they would have someone from Corporate in town to oversee everything. That person is a young German man by the name of Viktor Muller. He is about as foreign as anyone will ever hope to see in those back hills. Maybe it is just a cultural difference, or maybe he is as much of an ass as everyone thinks he is.

About as Foreign as you can get: Between the accent and the mannerisms, Viktor stands out more than anybody as not belonging in Jericho, and he seems just as aware of it as everyone else is.
German Engineering: Viktor is cold and withdrawn, he never seems to laugh at anyone's jokes and when he does come to events he is always the first to leave. He just seems to be built different.
