“The more he withdrew from the world about him, the more wonderful became his dreams...it would have been quite futile to try to describe them on paper.”
—H. P. Lovecraft, The Call of Cthulhu and Other Weird Stories
It is rare for any Kindred to find "Tindalos" in broad moonlight, for he prefers to lurk in the shadows. Amongst his fellow Kindred, he prefers wearing robes: brown robes, red robes, black robes, but always with the hood up. He seems distant in his quietude, but underneath the superficial pretense exists extroversion. He pores over his academic texts and his occult tomes for a reason: knowledge is power. The science fiction is just for fun.
He was once a broken man who now has made himself whole again. Such is the fate of the long-lived yet eternally youthful Kindred. Once more, he serves a Sheriff as a Hound. But when he partakes in the nightly pleasures of the City That Never Sleeps, he feels no weight of guilt. He feels no remorse for his old home when he is away from his grim duties. He goes by many names amongst mortals: "Syd", "Howard", "Seth", "Michael", "Arthur", "CJ", the list goes on. Only two Kindred in all of New York City know his real name.
“What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”
—William Shakespeare, Romeo & Juliet

- The Storied Librarian - There are many, many books on the supernatural. Some are about twilit phenomena, others still are about enigmas unsolved, and many more. If anyone asks, then he will orate some myth or legend drawn from his century of experience. If there exists no book on a subject, Tindalos may have already memorized the answer. At worst, he likely knows where you could find the knowledge you seek. You had best think twice before borrowing any of his precious texts though...Tindalos does not issue library cards.
- The Secretive Inquisitor - No matter how well-kept or damning, Tindalos can uncover even the most forbidden of secrets. Ask any question with enough incentive as an advance, and he shall return knowing the answer. On the other hand, he may drive a hard bargain with his newfound information. He also has a reputation for keeping many secrets of his own...he shares those secrets with very few.
- Trials of Friendship - "Friend" is such a strange word amongst Kindred, for it exists in their most forbidden vocabulary. But, what is an ally, a member of a coterie, or an enemy of an enemy, if not a friend? Despite how high Tindalos' wall is between himself and his fellow Kindred, he would admit that he enjoys their company. Membership in a coterie is not out of the question by any means, despite his checkered past. Perhaps this time his friends could be better off for it...lest it all end in terrible tragedy once more.
- And so the wheel turns once more and again... - Anyone originally from Baltimore might recognize Tindalos from the good old nights. Unlikely, but a long life and a small world tend to cause happenstances to become eventualities...eventually.

|Natasha Arroyo Admirable and impressive. Strange and uncanny. She is charming, and she wants something from me.
Eris Voltaire Need to meet this plum crazy girl for myself. Need to not die doing it.
Mister Martin He mocks our Order's scholarly pursuits while conspiring to be trouble for us all. He must be directed if he is to be useful. Was he betrayed?
Luca He is a Kindred spirit; I already expect much of this neonate. After all, we share a Coil; we share a Requiem.
Stryker Point this neonate in the right direction and he's damn terrifying, so I'm glad he works for us. Still need to listen to his album.
Miss Deni She hunts some very dangerous game. She can not pay in advance for such curio. She will owe me a favor, and that's enough.
Doc Doc's my superior in the Order, and he has lofty goals befitting an elder. We have an understanding, but damn he's also terrifying.
Sheriff My boss. I owe him a lot.
The Prince My boss' boss. Don't bother them.
