The Lowline
From Dark City
The Lowline uses innovative solar technology to illuminate an historic railway terminal underground on the Lower East Side. Over 50,000 square feet, it's home to a number of semi-organic/semi-synthetic plant species, and uses neo-futuristic technology to merge nature with progress to bring an otherwise dark and neglected space teeming to life.
