Man is an individual only because of his intangible memory. But memory cannot be defined, yet it defines mankind.
History
No one has actually ever seen or spoken to Spectre. Their user name was created in 1998, but that means nothing really. Their location, their identity... it's all up for speculation. What is known though is they are a premiere member of Twilight Network. On all the message boards, secret or otherwise, there is there little icon. A ghost on a skate board. Their information is dead on. Their aim only to inform. Messages sent to Spectre are often unanswered, though on occasion it happens...
RP Hooks
- Message Boards - Perhaps somewhere in the deep dark web, you replied to one of Spectre's posts and got a reply in return. It was brief, but pointed. It sent you in the right direction.
- Unknown Number - There's no proof that this is also Spectre, but ever so often a text from an untraceable number shows up on a Sin-Eater's phone with just the information they're looking for.
- Graffiti - Not many would notice, not many would even know to look, but for those that frequent the streets, the little Spectre icon is popping up in stencils across the city.
