| Sammy is an animal control specialist, but before that, he was an aspiring biochemist that sadly got expelled from university because of his fellows. He is extremely popular among New York locals in his area of Astoria in Queens, constantly trying to help them out, and is very clingy and protective about them. As for being a werewolf, Hou doesn't seem to really care for it, and has many chemicals to try and force the beast back, only using it to try and deal with the malicious creatures he has begun seeing.

| • Sammy is extremely well connected with blue collar workers and the like, having many people vouch for him despite some shadiness that comes with being a werewolf, and could help extend that to others if they prove themselves to be friendly.
• While being blacklisted in academic circles, Hou is still a very good chemist and biologist, having the knowhow to create drugs that scares away wolves or put a full grown horse to sleep.
• Sam also works in animal control, going around New York handling any sort of animals that have come messing around in the city, and could handle a strange call or two if it meant protecting the people in his community.
