Dr Ezra Bell does not look like a professional as he claims. He doesn't seem able to get himself straightened out and cleaned up, and any effort he puts into cleaning up his behavior just draws more attention to the unnerving symmetry. Just looking at Ezra triggers the 'uncanny valley' effect; that his symmetry is so perfect and unflattering that it must be fake. The lizard brain can't help but see him as a pretender, as a wolf in sheep's clothing, as a monster just trying to make you calm with a constructed facade of normalcy.

Ezra used to be a psychologist, and while he no longer has his practice, he still provides services to Kindred who need help processing the horrors they encounter on their Requiem. He owns a 'Maze of Mirrors' on Coney Island, and he has become a known figure among the park's workers. He has voiced interest in claiming the entire park as his territory, though his lack of action suggests he understands he's not ready for that yet.

- Non-Practicing Psychologist - Ezra used to be a prominent psychologist and researcher on the human psyche. He offers counseling, therapy, and even medication to help deal with the mental trauma that Kindred deal with in their Requiem.
- Maze of Mirrors - Coney Island's newest attraction is quickly growing in popularity. What should be a simple, cheap, funhouse attraction has been getting press for how terrifying and intense the experience is for people. At least one person has been hospitalized, though the story is slightly exaggerated -- she tripped trying to flee.
- Social Experimenter - Dr Bell believes the Carthian Movement's real purpose is to experiment and test humanity. The perfect Vampire-Human civilization doesn't exist because we don't know how to build it. Dr Bell is somebody who gathers that data; and you can't make an omelette without breaking a few lab mice.
