Description: Even after having discarded her old shape, Deni's eyes lack any of the kindness that supposedly comes with age and wisdom. Her appearance is rather plain, though the bit of sunburn on her face is unusual for a Kindred, and she takes pains to wear clothing that won't stand out. She is cold, with a generally flat affect, and her eyes tend to linger on any area that might cause a particularly grievous injury if struck. Speaks with a faint Parisian accent.
Personality: Were it not a meaningless pop-culture term, many might describe Deni as at least mildly psychopathic. This, of course, doesn't stand out at all within the safehouses of the Ordo Dracul, but can be off-putting to encounter in public. Beneath the outer layers of frigidity and paranoia is the sort of maddened zeal that might be expected from a religious fanatic rather than a dispassionate scholar. Beneath that, who knows? What is clear is that whoever she is, Deni has few qualms about doing what she thinks she must, no matter the cost to herself or those around her.

- Wait, isn't she- (Ordo Dracul): In Paris, Deni was known as an up and coming scholar. Then, it is said, she was lured into heresy by her Sire, who she betrayed to the Ordo before fleeing to NYC. She is a Nest Guardian, and might have lore or rituals of interest to other members of the Ordo Dracul.
- A very private practice (Medical): Rosalyn, Deni's newly forged mortal identity, is apparently a general practitioner with a private practice. Of course, nobody has actually heard of her before now, but the medical field is broad enough to contain a few relative unknowns and she seems entirely competent at her job. Rumor has it that she's unlikely to ask awkward questions if you need patching up.
- Scholar of Humanity (General): Despite being a vampire and quite clearly ill-suited to most social situations, she can be found lurking around the fringes of polite society. Deni seems to take an interest in those with either particularly strong or lax principles.
- She Who Lives (Kindred): What do the Defiant consider heretical? The answer might be found in Deni's apparent ability to mend the wounds of the soul that bring Kindred closer to the Beast, the ever-growing detachment that is as much a curse as the sun.
- Lorilie Days is Dead: Perhaps you knew the reclusive dead-eyed nurse, once, but she's gone now. There was a car crash, apparently.
