Perhaps, like his Prince, Dazai is relaxed within his status because he can be. His presence most definitely doesn't shout Sheriff, instead more 'teenager left in charge'. He's sociable, charming, funny, and even seems a bit lazy. Though Mab wouldn't have made him their sheriff if they weren't capable. And not many are willing to test it.
