Charlie is a contrarian. She likes to fight and argue, she likes to be on the losing side just so she has a battle to wage. A hold over from the 'Riot Grrrl' movement of the early 90s, she doesn't believe in blind faith in authority, faith, tradition, or cultural norms -- which gets her in trouble more often than it actually makes any sort of change to the status quo. She dives heavily into any 'pro-Court' action, typically anything violent. Despite her obvious and vocal issues with Kindred governments, she seeks out ways to prove her loyalty in the few ways that she can stomach.

- Punk Isn't Dead - Charlie is famous for being the lead singer and musician in the underground punk scene. The band has split up, but Charlie has been moving from different groups with mixed success. She's always looking for talent. She prefers grunge and punk, but is leaning more towards electronica -- as long as there is a message.
- Daredevil - Charlie has a reputation for causing more collateral damage than is necessary; she favors enjoyment over results.
- Loud and Proud - Charlie does not take kindly to anybody assuming she (or anybody else) is 'lesser' for being female or mixed race, and holds a particular soft spot for Ghouls along with a particular grudge against their domitors.
