A man comfortable with silence and violence in equal measure. Casimir was dispatched to protect the Ordo's holdings, members, and Wyrm's Nests in New York. Beyond that his services are available to the Sheriff as needed. He seems entirely focused on his duties to the Ordo, and maintains a reserved and stoic demeanor with outsiders at all times.

- Dragon Knight - Those Dragons who swear the Oath of the Axe are the covenant’s most honored members, the first among equals according to the Rites, and the Dragon Knights are the Axe's upper echelon. They are the Ordo Dracul's guardians and assassins. - Confessor - An unusual and unexpected position within the Ordo Dracul. A Confessor's role is to provide moral and spiritual counsel to other Dragons as needed, and in order to be able to do that, they have abandoned the Great Work and voluntarily quit further mastery of the Coils. Their role is greatly respected for the sacrifice they have made, and for the service they provide to other Dragons. Do you have something to confess?
- Rumor Mill - Casimir is the strong, silent type. He doesn't suffer fools, and there are stories where persistent neonates have met their Final Deaths for wasting his time with idle chatter. But surely those are just rumours... right?
